Our Office Hours are Now 7:30am – 4:00pm
On July 15th, 2021, we are changing our office hours to 7:30am – 4:00pm Monday through Friday. During these hours, our team will be available to assist you.
Between 4:00pm – 7:30am Monday through Friday as well as on Saturday and Sunday, our phone number will forward to our central station. During these hours you will be able to speak to a representative who will direct your call to our on-call team member.
How Will This Affect You?
We have found that during COVID a lot of businesses have adjusted to starting and ending their days earlier. With us being in the office to answer your phone calls at 7:30, this means you get an extra half an hour in the morning where you can talk to an IFS employee, and not our 24/7 monitoring service.
In turn, we will also be closing our office a half an hour earlier. This means, if you call us after 4:00pm, you will no longer be talking to someone from our office Team. Instead, you will be talking with someone at our 24/7 central station. Once you talk with a member of our central station, you can be forwarded to our on-call team member.
Our Goal
Here at IFS, it is our goal for you to always speak to a live person when you call our number. No matter if you are talking with a team member from our office or someone at our central station, we want to ensure that you are always being heard during your fire and life safety emergency. And our new change in hours will not affect this.
