Fire Alarm Service Coordinator


We are a growing fire and life safety service company seeking a qualified individual to join our successful team as the Fire Alarm Service Coordinator. We service Sacramento and surrounding counties, and are expanding!

The Fire Alarm Service Coordinator’s role is to provide timely service and corrections on fire alarm systems for our customers. This includes, but is not limited to: reviewing and editing fire alarm inspection reports/service tickets, generating and tracking bids for corrections, communicating clearly and professionally with customers regarding their systems deficiencies/problems, setting up service calls by working directly with the Scheduler and Client Services Admin, and communicating and managing fire alarm technicians regarding inspections, reports, service tickets.

A qualified applicant will be professional, organized, reliable, experienced, and knowledgeable in fire alarm systems. He or she must know fire code and have experience with a multitude of fire alarm product lines.

The following duties will apply to this position:

  • Service set-up and follow-up with customers on their fire alarm systems.

  • Thoroughly reads and edits inspection reports and service tickets within two days of receiving.

  • Manages, trains, and communicates with technicians on correct report and service ticket writing.

  • Generates and creates bids for Corrections on recent failed fire alarm inspections.

  • Tracks Proposals and follows-up with customer.

  • Brings copy of accepted Proposals to Accounts Receivable Admin to generate a PO and create job in system.

  • Orders and organizes fire alarm parts for accepted work; stages job parts in warehouse. Also tracks inventory currently in warehouse and uses for projects when needed.

  • Responsible for giving input and being present in fire alarm service/inspection technician’s performance reviews. Works with management when technician needs reprimands for poor work, or kudos for a job well done.

  • Responsible for fleet service management, including handling issues when there are problems with company trucks, getting the truck service scheduled, and being the office point-of-contact for the technicians in regards to truck repairs or maintenance.

  • Meets with Management once a month to go over job profit and loss, general progress info, and discusses any problems and solutions.

  • Communicates and works with Client Services Assistant regarding monitored accounts and service.

  • Responsible for communication with scheduler (Service and Inspection Admin) to schedule service and corrections.

  • Other responsibilities as per management’s request.

Fire Alarm Technician


We are a growing fire and life safety service company seeking a qualified individual to join our successful team. We are looking for an experienced fire alarm technician with a background in fire alarm installation and service work. We service Sacramento and surrounding counties, and are expanding. QUALIFICATIONS:
Proficient in NFPA 72 
Professional, organized, and reliable is a must
Have great communication skills 
Self-starter who is able to work independently and in a team environment
Knowledge in fire alarm, security, CCTV 
Experience with the installation, service, troubleshooting and programming of numerous fire alarm systems 
Have strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
Have current Fire/Life Safety Certification
Have basic hand tools
Must have a clean DMV and be able to pass a background check.

Fire Sprinkler Technician


We are a growing fire protection service company in the Sacramento and surrounding areas in search of a qualified fire sprinkler fitter to join our successful team. If you are looking for that right opportunity, this is it. We are in compliance with the new state certification requirements.

This position consists of installation, service, and repairs of various fire sprinkler systems, including fire pumps, with opportunity for growth and advancement. 

QUALIFICATIONS: 
Proficient in NFPA 25 and NFPA 13
Professional, organized, and reliable is a must
Have great communication skills 
Self-starter who is able to work independently and in a team environment
Knowledge in Wet, Dry, Pre-Action Fire Sprinkler Systems 
Knowledge in Fire Pumps Preferred
Have at least 5 years of experience in service, inspections, repairs, TI’s/install of fire sprinkler systems
Must have a clean DMV record
